Board the ferry to Isla Nublar and walk across the massive Jurassic World gates. Walk under a majestic Brachiosaurus, come face-to-face with ferocious raptors, and get a rare up-close look at the most vicious dinosaur of them all, the Tyrannosaurus rex.

Tickets start at £15 (incl. booking fees). Children under two years of age are free with an accompanying parent or guardian.

45 minutes to 1 hour, however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area.

  • A 40% discount on parking fees costing only £12 for 4 hours. This will be available to book following your ticket confirmation.

› UPDATED COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

Jurassic World: The Exhibition will comply with all government guidance in relation to COVID-19, adopting safety measures as necessary. There will be hand sanitiser stations located at key locations throughout the experience. We ask that you follow the route marked through the venue and maintain space between yourselves and other groups within the exhibit.

  • Mobile Ticketing: All advanced ticket sales will be sent to customers either by email or via mobile delivery.
  • Cashless Sales: All box office sales are 100% cashless. We accept all major debit and credit cards for payment.

› What is the nearest station to the experience?

The nearest station is Custom House, operating on the DLR line and the newly opened Elizabeth line which has direct trains from Farringdon (for Thameslink services) Paddington (Reading, Oxford, the Home counties, and the South West), and Liverpool St (Essex and beyond).
Stations nearby are:

  • Custom House (Elizabeth Line and DLR)
  • Royal Victoria (Emirates Air Line)
  • Canning Town (Jubilee line)

› Is there parking onsite?

There is parking onsite at Jurassic World: The Exhibition. Please find a link to a map of the car park within ExCel. Parking add-ons are available at a preferential rate of £12.00 for ticket bookers which will allow you parking for up to 4 hours. You will receive a link to pre-book your parking after you have purchased your ticket.

Otherwise, parking costs £20 on the day in the ExCel’s Orange car park, located underneath the venue, for up to 24 hours. Parking is for cars only.

For motorcycle parking, there is free parking onsite, but this cannot be pre-booked. Upon entering through West entrance (E16 1XL), please follow the one-way system as it will take you to the upper level to designated motorcycle bays in Zone 2.

› Is there disabled parking bays and if so where are they located?

The ExCeL has a number of disabled parking bays that are spread across the car park on-site. They are 5.90m x 3.60m.

To note, the orange car park has the following spaces:

  • Zone 2: 11 bays
  • Zone 3: 15 bays
  • Zone 4: 4 bays
  • Zone 8: 12 bays
  • Zone 9: 18 bays
  • Zone 13: 6 bays
  • Zone 14: 28 bays
  • Zone 15: 16 bays

› Is your disabled parking free of charge?

Any vehicle displaying the disabled blue badge is still required to pay the car park charge, as per ExCeL policy.

› Are there any cycle racks?

There are some by the west entrance taxi rank and by the Aloft Hotel at the east of the venue underneath the stairway connecting Level 0 to Level 1. There are 60 cycle racks in total.

There is no charge to use the cycle racks.

› Are there loud sounds and lighting effects?

Sensory Warning: This exhibit contains Strobe lighting effects, Sudden loud noises, and Theatrical fog/haze.

› How long does it take to see the entire exhibition?

Once your admission time has begun most visitors make it through the entire exhibit space in 45 minutes to one hour however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area. Any room or show that you would like to stay in, you are welcome to let the exhibition attendants know that you would like to stay longer or see the show again.

› What time should I arrive?

Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.

Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes prior to your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.

› What are the opening hours of the experience?

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the exhibit space.

At Jurassic World: The Exhibition there is a retail store where guests can shop for a wide variety of products.

› Are food and beverages available inside the exhibition?

No food or beverages are permitted once you’ve entered the exhibition with the exception of closed water bottles.

› What forms of payment do you accept?

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is a cashless environment. The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for ticket purchases.

› Are restrooms available inside the exhibition?

There are no toilets inside the exhibition

› Is the Exhibition Wheelchair Accessible?

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible.

› Do you offer SEN-friendly relaxed time?

We do advise that customers be aware that this exhibit contains strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze.

We currently have two relaxed performances available for those customers who would find this more suitable.

Unfortunately, we will only be able to grant access to registered or validated Service dogs.

› Prohibited and Permissible Personal Items

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Permissible Items:

  • Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids
  • Small personal point and shoot cameras, including smartphones

Prohibited Items:

  • Paints and aerosols
  • Permanent Markers
  • Weapons of any type
  • Food and beverages of any type (including alcohol)
  • Bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters are not permitted

› Where can I get tickets?

The official and only approved ticketing partners of this show are those listed on this website ONLY. If any tickets are bought or sold through any other platform/resale company, such as Viagogo then the promoter reserves the right to cancel the tickets. The ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. If you have tickets and are unable to attend the event, then please get in touch with the ticket agent you purchased before trying to resell any tickets through any resale platform.

› What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Jurassic World: The Exhibition in London can only be purchased from Fever, Eventim UK, or Golden Tours.

Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

› What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:

Standard Access

  • Adult (16+)
  • Child (3-15 years old)
  • Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
  • Concession: Senior (65+ y.o.), Student or NHS

Standard Access tickets grant you into Jurassic World: The Exhibition at your allocated time slot and allow you to explore the exhibition at your leisure.

VIP Access

  • VIP Adult (FLEXI)
  • VIP Child (FLEXI)

Upgrade to the VIP Access for fast-track entry to the exhibition (allowing you to arrive anytime on the date printed on your ticket and get immediate entry regardless of the time selected at the time of purchase).

› Is my child the right age to attend?

This exhibition is best suited for ages 8 to 80. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

› Does my child need a ticket to enter?

If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the exhibition. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.

› Do you offer Complimentary Carer Tickets?

Yes, one free carer ticket can be provided for each paying disabled visitor with a disability badge.

If you require a complimentary carer ticket, please book the tickets for the rest of your party online at www.jurassicworldexhibition.com, and then just get in touch with our ticketing partner Fever, who will be able to arrange this for you.

› Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact your ticket provider directly for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› I don’t see a QR code. Is that normal?

Yes, each ticket’s corresponding QR code will be available 24 hours before its date and time. At the entrance, simply access the Fever app to validate your tickets.

› Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

For the parking ticket holders only, please make sure you print your ticket and add it to your car’s dashboard.

› Do you offer group discounts?

Groups up until 30 people can purchase a Group ticket with a discount on the Fever website. Tailored solutions are available for groups over 30 people. Contact us here.
