We’re proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversity, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable by offering a free companion ticket for customers with accessible needs. Please follow the below procedure If you require a Companion ticket.
- Purchase Regular Tickets: Purchase the necessary tickets for yourself / your group (all non-carers) through Ticketmaster.
- Submit Request Form: Complete the request form within 72 hours of your ticket purchase. Ensure you upload:
- Proof of your ticket purchase (ticket confirmation email).
- Documentation confirming your accessibility needs from the provided list.
- Receive Carer Ticket: Upon verification of your request, your carer ticket(s) will be emailed to the address provided.
Onsite Requests: If you are unable to submit your request digitally, you may do so onsite. Please be advised that this is subject to staff availability and may result in delays.
Please note, you do NOT need to purchase tickets for the carer, these are provided upon submitting and approval of your request.
