PRICE

Ticket prices vary depending on the day and time you wish to visit the exhibition. Children under two years of age are free with an accompanying parent or guardian. Check the ticketing page for details.

DURATION

45 minutes to 1 hour, however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area.

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is mindful of CDC guidance as well as being compliant with state and local guidelines for event entry. As guidelines change, we too will make necessary adjustments to best assure the highest level of safety for our guests and team members. We appreciate your cooperation during this unprecedented time.

  • Mobile Ticketing: All advanced ticket sales will be sent to customers either by email or via mobile delivery. We strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of mobile delivery when purchasing tickets to Jurassic World: The Exhibition.
  • Social Distancing: We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between your party and others.
  • Hand Sanitizer Available: Hand sanitizer will be available for use in areas around the exhibition.
  • Wash Hands Often: Wash your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds.

Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. › Can I use public transit to get there?

By Trolley
Westfield Mission Valley is easily accessible via trolley. Take the Green Line to Mission Valley Center. After deboarding, walk straight ahead past Panda Express. You will see the shopping center directly across the street. Cross at the light and enter via Macy’s Home Furniture.

By Bus
A trip to Westfield Mission Valley is easy on bus routes 6 or 14. Both of these buses stop along the north side of the shopping center next to Macy’s Home Furniture.

› Is there parking onsite?

Free parking is available onsite.

› Is the Exhibition Wheelchair Accessible?

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

› Are restrooms available inside the exhibition?

Restrooms are located at the Westfield Mission Valley Mall adjacent to the entrance to the exhibition space.

› Is it cold inside the experience?

Our dinosaurs need a temperate climate, the exhibition is maintained, thanks to the air conditioning, at a constant temperature between 68-72°F (20-22°C).

› Is a Coat/Bag Check area available?

There is no depository or space available to check or hold your prohibited items or items you do not wish to have with you inside the exhibition. Please return any items that are prohibited as well as any items you do not wish to take with you through the exhibition to your vehicle prior to entering the exhibition.

› Do you have Press and Influencer access?

Reporters and social media influencers seeking access or interviews should send an email with clear identification of your request and/or the media outlet for which you are representing to [email protected].

› How long does it take to see the entire exhibition?

Once your admission time has begun most visitors make it through the entire exhibit space in 45 minutes to one hour however there is no time limit once you have paced through the entry area. The first half of the exhibition is self-paced with many interactive opportunities. The second half is made up of a series of shows where you enjoy the show and move to the next showroom. You will not be able to travel backward from the time you enter the Raptor Training Show. However, in any showroom that you would like to stay in, you are welcome to let the exhibition attendants know that you would like to see the show again.

› What time should I arrive?

Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.

Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes prior to your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.

› Can I bring a camera?

Yes, we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture this special moment! Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Round Raptor, LLC. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the exhibit space.

› Are there loud sounds and lighting effects?

Sensory Warning: This exhibit contains Strobe lighting effects, Sudden loud noises, and Theatrical fog/haze.

› Is my child the right age to attend?

The exhibition is open to kids of all ages. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Some information you might find helpful:

  • We have film-quality baby puppet dinos to see in action and there is also a fossil digging station in one of the rooms.
  • All larger dinos stay behind fenced-in areas.
  • Kids come out of the exhibition with all kinds of reactions. Usually laughing, amazed, or running out playfully. Some will cry or scream. We’ve also had babies sleep through it. It really depends on the child.
  • You can always let an Exhibition Attendant know that you need to leave a room and be placed in the next one if the need arises.

› Is merchandise available?

Exhibit offerings when you visit include character toys, light-up activations, branded articles, clothing, and much more that children and adults will enjoy long after your visit ends.

› Are food and beverages available inside the exhibition?

No food or beverages are permitted once you’ve entered the exhibition with the exception of closed water bottles. Please let an Exhibition Attendant know if you need to consume food or beverages urgently due to a medical condition and they will be happy to escort you to the appropriate area.

› Can I bring animals?

A focus of Jurassic World The Exhibition is the safety of guests and ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience. The Exhibition welcomes all service animals and ESAs. No documentation is required for service animals. Should a guest with a service animal or ESA require any additional accommodations to allow them to enjoy the Exhibition we encourage them to alert the Exhibition staff who will help accommodate them.

› Prohibited and Permissible Personal Items

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Permissible Items:

  • Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids
  • Small personal point and shoot cameras, including smartphones

Prohibited Items:

  • Paints and aerosols
  • Permanent Markers

If you have received valid access or coupon code, please select the date and time you wish to attend from the dates on sale. Once you have selected a date and time you can enter the code in the Have an access code? prompt on the right side of the page below the ticket options. This will unlock the “Special Offer” ticket options above with a discount pre-applied to them. A Coupon Code is entered in the coupon code prompt during the checkout process. If your code cannot be verified by the system, please reach out to where your code was obtained for further assistance.

› What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:

Standard Access

  • Adult (16+)
  • Child (3-15 years old)

Standard Access tickets grant you into Jurassic World: The Exhibition at your allocated time slot and allow you to explore the exhibition at your leisure.

Flex Entry

  • VIP Adult FLEX (16+)
  • VIP Child FLEX (3-15 years old)

FLEX entry tickets are good for one admission to an entry time of your choosing for the date on your ticket.
The time on your ticket is a placeholder. No additional reservations or steps are required. Arrive during our operating hours at your convenience.

› Does my child need a ticket to enter?

If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the exhibition. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.

› Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

While refunds are not offered unless we have canceled your date and/or timeslot, buyers can utilize the ShowClix self-service exchanges option. To process an exchange request, please follow the steps outlined on the Self Service Exchange page.

› What if I miss my ticketed time?

Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes after the entry time on their ticket are not guaranteed access. We will do our best to accommodate you as capacity allows in the next available entry group after we have granted access to all ticket buyers for that group as well as anyone with a Flex ticket.
