UPDATED COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is mindful of CDC guidance as well as being compliant with state and local guidelines for event entry. As guidelines change, we too will make necessary adjustments to best assure the highest level of safety for our guests and team members. We appreciate your cooperation during this unprecedented time.

For Our Denver Exhibition

  • Mobile Ticketing: All advanced ticket sales will be sent to customers either by email or via mobile delivery. We strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of mobile delivery when purchasing tickets to Jurassic World: The Exhibition.
  • Cashless Sales: All box office sales are 100% cashless. We accept all major debit and credit cards for payment.
  • Social Distancing: We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between your party and others whenever possible.
  • Hand Sanitizer Available: Hand sanitizer will be available for use in areas around the exhibition.
  • Wash Hands Often: Wash your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

What are your guest safety procedures?

  • Face Covering Guidelines
Denver’s face covering order expired on Thursday, Feb.3, 2022. We will not be requiring guests to wear them any longer after that date until such time as the public orders change. We will continue to comply with whatever restrictions the Denver, CO state or local government sets forth.
  • Social Distancing
We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between your party and others.
  • Hand Sanitizer Available
Hand sanitizer will be available for use in areas around the exhibition.
  • Wash Hands Often
Wash your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds.

Follow Team Member direction
Please follow directions from our team members and have patience as we work through these new operational procedures.
